La aceptación o rechazo a vacunarse contra el Covid 19: Revisión Sistemática desde las perspectivas culturales, psicológicas y educativas

El objetivo de esta revisión sistemática fue indagar por las barreras culturales, psicológicas y educativas que originan el rechazo a recibir la vacuna contra la COVID-19 y las estrategias que se recomiendan para motivar a las personas a inmunizarse contra el virus. Se consultaron las bases de datos Scopus, Academic search, ProQuest, Web of Science y Google scholar. Como resultado del proceso de filtración a partir del PRISMA se incluyeron y analizaron 112 artículos que se agruparon en 6 líneas de investigación: vacilación e intención de vacunarse, aceptación,
educación, percepción, plan de vacunación y disposición a pagar. Además, la revisión pone en evidencia las pocas investigaciones académicas en la región de Latinoamérica sobre la percepción de las personas en torno a vacunarse; por consiguiente, es necesario explorar en profundidad las necesidades e intereses de estas poblaciones y, en especial, las razones que dan las personas para no vacunarse, con el fin de alcanzar la esperada inmunidad de rebaño. Se discute el papel que juegan las creencias culturales en la desconfianza sobre la vacuna y las estrategias que se podrían implementar para evitar la vacilación a la hora de la inmunización.
