Medición de la madurez de una oficina de dirección de proyectos y percepción interna sobre el desempeño de los proyectos

Esta investigación tiene como objetivo medir la madurez de la oficina de dirección de proyectos y la percepción interna sobre el desempeño de los proyectos de una organización del sector financiero colombiano, dedicada a la administración de fondos de pensiones, abarcando los años 2012 a 2015. La delimitación de la madurez se abordó mediante la metodología del cubo de madurez y el desempeño de los proyectos se cuantificó por medio de la técnica del valor ganado. Después de aplicar la metodología y de realizar la recolección, cálculo y análisis de múltiples fuentes de evidencia; se identificó un aumento en la madurez de la oficina estudiada y un efecto positivo en el desempeño de los proyectos durante el periodo de estudio.
