Today, it is imperative that organizations recognize that if knowledge is not managed enciently and is not available at the right time, you may lose all or much of their value in the decision-making process. erefore, it is essential to develop knowledge transfer spaces that can be incorporated into the innovative activity of organizations. e overall objective of this research is to present the results of an assessment of knowledge management in Eve Cuban producer companies. The results show that knowledge and innovation are essential components of the business management and have greater relevance in the development of Cuban producers. However, treatment to this management approach is limited. Few strategies of acquisition and preserva- tion of knowledge exists, which limits the achievement of innovative proposals.
