Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the conceptual validity of motivational factors based on the bifactorial theory proposed by Herzberg and R. (1963); for which, an approach is made to the factors and perspectives that prevail today. The qualitative approach was used as a methodology Taking into account the literature review systematized from the Scopus database and the SJR Scimago Journal Rank. In the same way, the analysis of the results is observed Regarding the current research and the motivational factors based on a characterization of the articles. n this way the state of the factors in the last years was evidenced and it was found that this behavioral model is current and influences the organizational development.
