O presente trabalho visa desenvolver um quadro sistemático de atuação como fonte essencial que impulsiona as diferentes forças de ação das pessoas para a manutenção, melhoria e sobrevivência das organizações, o que implica a atualização permanente das capacidades de seus membros para fortalecer o poder. executor da obra. A base do seu fundamento metodológico é a investigação qualitativa, que se apoia num desenho documental e na análise aprofundada das fontes consultadas, correspondem ao século XX e início do século XXI, a sua interpretação é realizada com a metodologia hermenêutica, e se inspira na o interesse em identificar as bases teóricas pelas quais o desempenho deve ser pautado. Conclui-se que performance é o DNA da organização, e cuja essência é o processo prático de realização que o trabalho do homem na organização possui.
